Why are my reports blank even if I have selected my preferred model?

Why are my reports blank even if I have selected my preferred model?

If you have the following issue where your reports are blank after you have generated them in the Publish Wizard, it may happen that the template has been deleted from the model.
The screen you would have would look like this:

To restore the models to its templates, you need to open the template of the model, you can do this by hovering over the model you want to change and press on 'EDIT' to change the template.

Once the template has opened and you see the blank page, there is a button, available on the right hand side of the screen, called 'Reset Template to default'.

Once you have pushed the button to reset the template to its original state, the template will go to its default value that has been saved by the OEM.
You will need to save the template. If you haven't saved the template, the model you will select afterwards will still be blank.
To save the template you press the save button on the right hand side.

After you have saved the template you can make a report with the model and edit it in the way it will fit your needs.
