How do I manually Sync Leak Records?
This article explains how to manually sync a leak record to the SCADAR Leak Wizard.

DO NOT uninstall the app, all records that aren't synced will be lost if you uninstall the app.
Here is what to do if you are unable to sync records while having a stable internet connection.
We have a workaround fix to get the records uploaded to the Platform.
- Update the app on the Google Play Store to activate the secret menu.
- Go to the "Upload Records" page and press "Upload Records."
- Go to the "Leak Event Records" page in the Prosaris App
- Tap "Leak Event Records" 5 times
- You will be prompted to export your records - tap "Yes."
- A popup will show, this means a zip file will be created.
- You will now have to convert the file to a link.
- Go to the Chrome app on the tablet and search for this url: Send file.
- This allows you to convert the file to a link.
- Press "Upload" to upload the file. The file can be found by navigating to Device (mine is A08M08) > Android > Downloads > LeakRecordExport
- Once the file is uploaded, you'll see a share button, press it and copy it to the clipboard.
- Paste that link and send it to scadar@cmcnv.com. Please note the link only allows one download before it expires, so please do not download the file through the link.
Once we get that file, our software team will take care of it from there.
If the issue persists, please contact
scadar@cmcnv.com with the following information:
- Leak ID # that is not being synced or a photo of the upload page.
- Company name and location
- Username of the account that is logged into the app
- Any videos or screenshots of the issue.
